Using EN when the campaign asks for a code
Copy EN without extra spaces. If the form provides a promotional-code field and the campaign instructions require entry during registration, enter it before completing that step. Read any response and save the associated offer name.
If there is no field, do not put EN in your username, password or payment reference. A campaign link and a typed code are different mechanisms; opening a link alone does not establish that attribution was recorded.
EN identifies a campaign, not a bonus amount
Before sending money, check whether an associated offer appears in your account and read its activation requirements. Ask the support channel identified in your account for confirmation if the code was accepted but the offer is not visible. Save the response and date.

New accounts, existing accounts and rejection

A hypothetical wagering calculation in Kz
This is arithmetic for comparison, not an offer from BetWinner. Imagine a 10,000 Kz deposit, a 5,000 Kz bonus and a 5× requirement. Applied only to the bonus, it means 25,000 Kz in qualifying stakes; applied to deposit plus bonus, it means 75,000 Kz. These are wagering totals, not a deposit request or a guaranteed withdrawal.
If a hypothetical bet contributes 50%, a 1,000 Kz stake reduces the requirement by 500 Kz. Losing bets can exhaust your balance before completion. Compare the requirement with your own spending limit; a promotion is not a reason to increase that limit.
What to save before accepting
Keep the offer name, terms and date, the code response if applicable, the recorded activation and the wagering basis. A deposit receipt establishes a payment record; it does not by itself prove bonus credit or campaign attribution. Ask about any discrepancy before sending another payment.
